If you purchase something from the shop, minimal personal data is shared securely with your payment provider/providers & the payment processor & the services they may use for necessary verification and authorisation.

If you join the mailing list your email address is held securely with Mailchimp and used only for the purpose of receiving mail from Liz Jones music. Mailchimp’s privacy policy is available here.

How long we retain your data

All website visitors can request to see a copy of or delete their personal information at any time. Only website administrators can also see and edit that information whilst it is held. This is likely to be no identifiable data unless you have made a purchase or joined the mailing list.

For the Music Shop: Data is held only for the time needed to process orders, with a maximum of 3 months.

What rights you have over your data

If you have made a purchase on this site or joined the mailing list, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes, though past sales data can be anonymised on request.

You may unsubscribe from the mailing list any time from any email received.

We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.
